Alicia is a dynamic trainer, coach, and organizational consultant, with over 20 years of professional organizational experience in a variety of sectors. Her passion is helping people, teams, and organizations successfully move forward from where they are now to where they aspire to be. She offers her strengths, creativity, strategy and skill thoughtfully; to best serve each client’s unique needs and opportunities.
Alicia has worked as a conflict resolution practitioner for over 25 years, and is thrilled to share her 3×6 model with you. She is also a certified Strengths Coach and certified in the Everything DiSC suite of learning and development tools. When people have self-understanding and a common language to express their workplace styles, contributions, and needs it reduces judgement and assumption-making. People manage workplace conflict in new and better ways. Alicia uses these tools with individuals, partners, and teams.
In addition to being CEO of adelante coaching + consulting, she is adjunct faculty at the Notre Dame de Namur University School of Business and Management, in Belmont, CA. There she develops and teaches courses on leadership and organizational development topics for the Professional Studies Department. She also serves as a workshop facilitator at CompassPoint Nonprofit Services in Oakland, CA.
Alicia holds a master’s degree in communication and a bachelor’s degree in political science. She received her professional coach training and certification (CPCC) from the Coaches Training Institute and is an accredited Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation.
